CH151 is a three piece single acting chevron seal which consists of one thermoplastic header ring, one special formulated reinforced cotton fabric with nitrile rubber sealing element and one PTFE back-up ring. Due to the special formulated reinforced cotton fabric with nitrile rubber, the service life is much longer than the normal cotton fabric seals.

INSTALLATION:
CH151 chevron seal is used in open housing. It is very important that the assembly tools must be of soft material and have no sharp edges. Before installation the sealing element must be oiled with system oil.
