We are a team of skilled professionals and many of us have worked at Carsten Holm A/s for many years. We are in fact proud that on average our employees have ten years’ seniority. We believe this is due largely to the fact that we have a flat organisation where there is a direct path from idea to action. At Carsten Holm A/S, each of us is able to make our personal stamp on our own job function. We are proud to have specialist expertise and to offer excellent customer services. We are always willing to walk the extra mile because we know that can make all the difference.
We are also pretty good at enjoying ourselves at events. For example, we celebrate employees’ birthdays and anniversaries and invite our employees to attend a series of social events and activities every year.

A tolerant workplace
Our new headquarters at Ringe on the Danish island of Funen has production, warehouse and office facilities. While many of our employees have professional qualifications, it is true to say that our employees have very varied backgrounds. We have employees of all ages. The average age is about 45-50.
We are a tolerant workplace. It is pleasing to note that, over the years, we have helped a good many people return to the labour market. We believe that everyone should be given a chance.
We appreciate that it is sometimes difficult to juggle between work and the demands of a busy family. We seek to help our employees maintain a healthy life-work balance so that their work and home life work well for them.
