Seal Clasper 268094 Mouting of Piston Seals -

The SEAL CLASPER can press a PTFE piston seal back into the groove, and works from OD50mm to 360mm.
The stainless steel belt can be adjusted according to the dimensions of the seals. The PU triangle protector prevents damage to the seal from pressing.

APPLICATION
Tools for installing PTFE piston seals into grooves.
 
INSTALLATION (EXTRACTION)
 Adjust the length of stainless steel belt to match the seal
 Pull the grid to press the PTFE piston seal back into groove
 With the clasper the piston seal can be fitted inot the cylinder safely and rapidly
 
NOTE
When installing - Be careful not to damage the seal or the cylinder with the tool. Use working gloves when using the tool – the steel belt is sharp.
