An OAGE rotary shaft seal is made from rubberised cotton and NBR vulcanised together.
The springs are made from standard unalloyed spring steel.
The rotary shaft seal is designed for use as a seal against grease, oil and water in rotary parts. Standard rotary shaft seals are designed to operate at a maximum pressure of 0.5 bar.

APPLICATION
Used in almost every industry as a good and reliable sealing in rotary machines, shafts, axles, power tools and gearboxes. Available in either continuous or split version.
FITTING
Fit in accordance with DIN 3760. It is very important that assembly tools are made of soft material and have no sharp edges. Before fitting, lubricate the seal with system oil.
NOTES
Other materials and models are available for use in high-temperature or high-pressure applications.
