CH504 is a three piece double acting compact seal which consists of one fabric reinforced elastomeric sealing element and two thermoplastic guide back-up rings.

INSTALLATION
CH504 profile has been designed to be installed in closed or open grooves. We recommend having open groove design for dimensions that are smaller than Ø50mm. It is very important that the assembly tools must be of soft material and have no sharp edges. Before installation the sealing element must be oiled with system oil.
